Frequently Asked Questions

USA Standard Shipping: We ship everything for a flat rate of $5 or free for orders over $50. Processing time includes order verification, quality check and packaging. Ships from the USA.

Processing Time:
Currently our processing time is 2-4 business days. During holidays it may take up to a week to get orders shipped out. Please be patient with us as we are a small mama owned and operated business with only 1 person running everything at this time.

Note:
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Return to sender packages will be refunded. We are unable to reship a package that has been returned to sender.

Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note any items discounted by more than 25% are final sale.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

If you place a new order there is no fee for a return label. Otherwise, there is a processing fee of $5.95 for returns processed back to the original method of payment - the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please do not combine returns that have separate return IDs. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

To Initiate A Return:
Return requests can be made by emailing us at hello@bumbleberrybaby.com. Please include your order # in the subject line. Once your package arrives to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for return processing.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. We recommend you place a new order and request a return noting your new order number in the email. This way we can send you a return label for free and get your new items to you quickly and efficiently.

Your Bumble Berry items are designed to be washed in cold water and tumble dried on low. However: Please note that Bamboo is a natural fiber and is delicate; so should be washed separately from items that may be damaging, like towels, hardware or Velcro. For the longest wear, you can wash them inside out and line dry when possible.

What if I notice a slight variation in color or fit between items?

Since our jams are sewn by human hands and our bamboo fabric is very stretchy, it is quite normal for there to be a small sewing variance from item to item. While we aim to keep our sizing as consistent as possible, there will always be slight fluctuations within a small range because of this.

Similarly, though we do our best to ensure our colors remain consistent, since we custom dye and print our fabric, there may be slight variations between dye lots. Print and pattern placement may also vary between pieces.

Where do you manufacture?

Our products are designed in Lowell Indiana and manufactured in China.
